​Every accommodation at our mini ranch Bed & Coffee is accessible 24 hours a day. This farmhouse was built in 2017 and is a getaway from typical vacation choices. Zen out, hang out, hide out, or run out and adventure the Temecula region. We foster a low-key, tranquil atmosphere. Yet still, socializing with other guests here at the ranch is easy to do in a spacious arrangement of shared artsy areas. And we do not jam pack our ranch with people, so you could say that elbow room is abundant. Two people per accommodation is maximum.

We maintain a tranquil, social atmosphere and do not host events, parties, or weddings. Our expansive space provides plenty of room for relaxation and socializing without the bustle.

The Space ~ Explore Old West Elegance with a Modern Zen

Rusty Fork Ranch is a 2.5-acre, owner-designed and built modern-vintage old west farmhouse nestled in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. Our ranch offers various themed accommodations, each with a private bathroom, climate control, a mini fridge, and spectacular views of the surrounding winery and mountains. All our guests have given us a 5-star rating, and our property is always sparkling clean.

Guests can relax in our organic garden, unwind in the living room from 7 AM to 10 PM, or enjoy the spacious front and back patios. Our communal spaces are perfect for socializing, and you may even see hot air balloons drifting through the vineyards at dawn. While we cater primarily to adults and are not suitable for children, we offer a tranquil retreat just 8 minutes from Old Town Temecula and surrounded by premier wineries.

Experience the authentic ranch atmosphere, complete with local wildlife such as coyotes, rabbits, and many birds. Join us for morning self-serve coffee in the great room, explore our vineyard with 220 vines of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other varieties, and meet our friendly pygmy goats. Our four-legged team, including Magic the Pomeranian ambassador, Trixie the Great Pyrenees livestock guardian, and the energetic Rat Terriers, Tuesday and Wednesday, are always ready to greet you.

Our vineyard, which nurtures Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Muscat, and Tempranillo grapes, flourishes from May through November. Although we do not sell wine, we have been making it on premises since 2018. The vineyards fill with lush green leaves between May and November, creating romantic, rolling-hill views. Harvest season, with its exciting “crush” events, typically occurs from August to October. Come explore the vibrant, eclectic art that adorns our charming mini ranch property and immerse yourself in the unique haven of peace and simplicity that is Rusty Fork Ranch.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET OR DOG

At Rusty Fork Ranch, we take great pride in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests by maintaining a serene and structured environment. Due to the presence of threatening wildlife and the necessity of employing protective working dogs to guard our livestock, bringing dogs or pets can trigger aggressive behavior and pose significant risks, so guests with dogs should make alternative arrangements as hosting unknown dogs on property is dangerous.

Every room provides privacy with access keys to street gate, house, and your room – and guests can walk out to the main areas of the farm property to enjoy the rest of the scenery and interact with others.

Locals Tip About Driving to Temecula

Aim to arrive in Temecula before 1 PM to avoid the heavy traffic that begins in Southern California shortly after noon. Although it typically takes about an hour to reach Temecula, traffic jams can extend this to 2-3 hours. We recommend starting your journey by 11 AM to navigate Southern California more smoothly.

Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, or San Bernardino — Temecula Valley is just an hour or a little more from all of Southern California. Las Vegas or Arizona is a bit further.

Other Considerations

While cooking is not allowed in our kitchens, you are welcome to bring your own cheeses, wine, and snacks. Feel free to relax and enjoy these on the back deck. Each room is equipped with a mini refrigerator for your convenience.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing additional friends to the house, as Rusty Fork Ranch is an exclusive and secure environment. For everyone’s safety and to maintain the serene atmosphere, we only permit non-guests for brief pick-ups and drop-offs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

A Great Place for Adults

We’ve created an adult, social retreat that allows many parents to break away from their normal pace of life to enjoy wine tasting, adventures, and perhaps hang out at the ranch meeting and chatting with other adventurers. Also, there are areas of the property that are not safe for kids. Our livestock guardian dog plus other dogs and goats, and property layout are not a good fit for kids.
